SITHFAB002 RSA Responsible Service of Alcohol

The aim of this training course is to provide candidates with the knowledge and understanding required to act responsibly when selling, supplying or promoting alcohol in relation to their responsibilities, workplace duties, the law and customer service and safety.

RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) is offered by IN 4 Training for people to meet their legislative obligation by completing an approved RSA training course.

If you intend on working or volunteering where alcohol is sold for public consumption than an RSA certification is a must.

Almost every person who works on a licensed premisses is required to hold a current RSA certification.

  • It is also recommended that security hold an RSA in some venues.

There are no pre requisites requirements for this course.  Please bring some form of identification with you.

  • Passport
  • 18+ card

1 x 4 hour day. To ensure a real and correct person attains certification. The candidate is required to attend the face to face training at one of our training facilities or your workplace.

Pre-course study plus 2 hours face to face training. This course has a combination of theory and practicals

CPPSEC2106 – Protect self and others using basic defensive techniques.

  • RSA certification is valid for life, however it is recommended that refresher training be undertaken every 3 years.
